SINOPSIS :

The  not  technology-based  media  in  English  language 

instruction  comprises  everything  that  conveys 

instructional  messages  for  teaching  and  learning 

purposes.  Teaching  and  learning  listening  skills 

encompasses song scripts, textbooks, flashcards, running 

dictation  media,  and  connected  speech.  Visual  aids, 

dictionaries,  monologues  and  presentations,  and  picture 

narrating  are  comprised  of  teaching  speaking  skills.  In 

teaching and learning reading skills, the not technology-

based media such as blackboard, illustrated story books, 

dictionaries,  newspapers,  and  comic  books  are 

representative  media  that  can  be  utilized  in  the  class.
